For the fifth edition of SHINE, 21 new murals were produced across St. Petersburg featuring five international, four national and 25 local artists. The 2019 festival also included a full calendar of public events designed to further educate, engage and celebrate street art culture, closing with a grand finale party at The Factory St. Pete featuring JR’s internationally renowned “Inside Out Project.”
