The Interior Design Co-Worker:

• Leverages interior design knowledge and experience to execute room settings, vignettes, and sales support areas
• Executes the showroom vision to reflect a wide variety of styles, price points and living situations
• Implements department action plans to grow the business and increase profitability
• Uses a creative approach to solve home furnishing challenges that exist in the local market
• Utilizes interior design tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design
• Remains up-to-date and knowledgeable about current home furnishing and interior design trends
• Secures an impression of new and inspiring solutions to meet the demands of customers
