In celebration of Juneteenth, the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance wants to recognize and acknowledge all that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion add to our community and to our society. As a braided river, we flow together and sometimes apart, but in the end, we are of the same fabric, aspiring to be better and to do better.
Juneteenth is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African-American culture.
