The Straz Center is seeking a Music Department Chair. This position is responsible for managing, developing, promoting, and expanding the Patel Conservatory's music program. The Chair manages and motivates artistic and administrative staff, as well as volunteers and parents, toward achieving program objectives artistically, qualitatively, and fiscally.

An ideal candidate will be a practicing artist and educator and must possess a strong commitment to working with children, teens, adults, and educators.
