The Data Manager is responsible for maintaining the Museum’s ticketing system (Galaxy), ensuring the integrity and accuracy of database records (CRM Dynamics) and gathering, building and interpreting data for the Marketing and Development departments. They leverage their in-depth knowledge of the software’s capabilities, their understanding of the Museum’s needs and their skills as a collaborator to lead the organization’s use of the primary database. The position reports to the Marketing Director and closely collaborates with Finance and Development.
