The Tampa Bay Times is looking for experienced copy editors.
Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
- Choosing and editing wire stories for the daily newspaper and advance sections.
- Regularly posting wire content to tampabay.com
- Compiling and editing briefs packages
- Overseeing the copy desk and copy editors on nights you’re wire editor
- Communicating with assigning editors from around the newsroom
