Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with ticket purchases
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting guests over the phone
Skills
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Prior experience in retail or customer service settings
Ability to perform math accurately for sales and discounts
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Professional phone etiquette to ensure clear and courteous communication
