The Carrollwood Cultural Center is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and attentive arts instructors for their summer camp program.
To succeed as a camp instructor, one should be upbeat, decisive, and responsible. Expectations include supervising campers to ensure their safety, respond to incidents such as behavioral problems or accidents appropriately, log events and maintain records relating to activities, write lesson plans that challenge and encourage students to grow, discuss and report camper participation concerns with the education director. Instructors should be a role model by maintaining positivity, be proactive, and caring while focusing on giving campers a fun, safe, and unforgettable camp experience.
