The Program Manager is responsible for supporting all of the organization’s grantmaking efforts to constituents as well as tracking all elements of grantee compliance and providing oversight of reimbursements. This position also supports the Executive Director in ensuring compliance with the state grant, and state license plate revenue, and assists in identifying and pursuing additional grant revenue.

The Arts Council Division of Hillsborough County is seeking a Program Manager to provide oversight of all aspects of organizational and individual artist grants. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in grants management, demonstrated planning, project management, and facilitation skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess clear and efficient written and oral communication skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, and have demonstrated experience in writing successful grant proposals and effectively managing grant outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality work and adhering to the highest level of confidentiality in information dissemination and impartiality in decision making.
