The Executive Administrator to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for performing comprehensive, administrative duties for the CDO. This dynamic position also is focused on the support, management, and long-term development of the Straz Center's volunteer boards which requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and great discernment.

This position works with staff and board leadership to coordinate and implement a strategic board development plan, which includes identifying and tracking future board members and ensuring on-going engagement of current board members. This position coordinates the board recruitment and orientation process and performs high-level administrative tasks related to the board, including effective management of the organization's governance documents. The Administrator helps steward the board's philanthropic commitments to the Straz.
