Summer is officially here, and it's time for the Downtown Business Association's Annual Sunrise Sale! Sunrise Sale 2025 will take place on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 6:43 a.m. to noon.
Florida CraftArt will be participating with an artists’ Sunrise Sale, set up on the sidewalks along Central Ave under the red awning. This is a good chance to clean out your studio: experimental work, studio seconds, and artwork in need of a home!
This artwork should be priced to sell! There is a huge amount of press for this event, with a big push in the Tampa Bay Times and on social media.
Each artist will have a 6-foot space. You must bring your own table, chairs, and cash box, as each artist is responsible for their own sales. The fee for a booth space is $35. This is a nonrefundable fee. Set-up begins at 6 a.m. I will send out a map with assigned spaces prior to the Sunrise Sale so everyone knows where they are supposed to set up.
Please note that this event is exclusively for artists who wish to sell their work independently without the involvement of Florida CraftArt. We have 7 spaces available, so the first 7 artists that confirm their spot get it. After this, I will create a waitlist for artists who hope for a spot to open.
We have limited availability, and it is first come, first served, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible if you would like to participate. The deadline to sign up is July 5th, 2025.
