Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Creative & Instructional Designer.

The Creative & Instructional Designer will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customer
• Utilize Articulate 360 to develop interactive eLearning content that reflects Goodwill's brand and design
• Create, develop, update and improve training content within the 4 branches of Goodwill's learning program (core learning, leadership, functional training, and Goodwill Works softs skills)
• Assist in developing training and how-to guides
• Manage projects with tight deadlines and helps/maintains the development of a content/project creation calendar with goals and deadlines
• Keep up with current trends in instructional design and eLearning
