Sarasota Orchestra currently has a job opening for a Patron Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of customer-first service through front-of-house activities for all Orchestra concerts, interfacing with front-of-house staff at other venues where the Orchestra performs, and training and supervising House Managers, ushers and volunteers.
