Deadline: Rolling
The Joan Mitchell Foundation accepts applications throughout the year for Emergency Grants of up to $6,000 for US-based visual artists who have been impacted by a natural or man-made disaster affecting a region on a broad scale, such as Hurricane Irma.
The Emergency Grant is intended to help an artist reestablish their studio practice.
We accept applications on a rolling basis and will consider requests for up to three years following such an event.
