The John F. Germany Public Library in downtown Tampa is home to the Arnold and Louise Kotler Art Gallery. The gallery promotes diversity and variety in its exhibition displays featuring local artists. Exhibits are rotated on a 3-month or bi-monthly basis. The gallery includes ample space for both 2D and 3D work.
