Cort Hartle
Cort Hartle is a multidisciplinary artist based in St Petersburg, Florida working primarily in painting, ceramics, and text. Their work has been exhibited nationally in Florida, Texas, New York, and South Dakota, and is found in private collections internationally. Notable publications include "Saw Palm: Florida Literature and Art" at the University of South Florida Press, "Creative Quarterly," and the anthology "Cipher: The Semiotics of Love and Desire." They earned a BA in Anthropology from the University of South Florida in 2018 where their research interests included archaeology and public history, and currently work full time as Collections Manager at Hillsborough Community College Art Galleries.
