Based in the Tampa Bay area, his love of people and their stories led him to focus on editorial and corporate work. His innate ability to coax his subjects creates powerful images from a single location in a limited time. From busy CEOs to the everyday worker, he utilizes whatever environment he is in to its best advantage, creating striking imagery.

Alex has been a teacher, advocate and mentor within his field and received recognition from Addy, Clio and Print, as well as grants from The National Endowment for the Arts and Getty Images.
