Asolo Repertory Theatre is seeking an Associate Development Director. This position will demonstrate success in donor relations, gift solicitations, project management and communications for donors at the major gift level. A trusted advisor to the Development Director, this position will oversee the day-to-day annual fund operations and work closely with the Development Associate for Foundation Relations & Individual Giving, Development Associate for Corporate Partnerships and the Development Data Associate to achieve Asolo Rep’s annual fund goals. This newly created position will enable the Development Director to focus on more strategic initiatives, including the completion of the Staging Our Future Capital and Endowment Campaign.
