About Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association
The mission of the Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Associ- ation is to promote Jazz and to encourage the appreci- ation of Jazz and its origin. By sponsoring concerts and events and by providing educational opportunities, the association preserves and perpetuates Jazz as an original American art form created by African Americans.
