ArtOUT Opening Reception & Awards

Join us for the ArtOUT 2026 Opening Reception & Award Cermony at The James Museum — an evening celebrating artists, community, and queer creativity.

ArtOUT is OUT Arts & Culture’s annual juried art exhibition celebrating LGBTQ+ artists and allies, and this year marks nine years of bringing that work to our community.

Each year, ArtOUT gathers a diverse group of artists to share work that reflects identity, experience, and connection. Art that is personal, powerful, and meant to be seen.

The 2026 Opening Reception is the night we celebrate all of it. Come mingle with the artists, meet the jurors, and be in the room when we announce this year’s award winners, including Best in Show.

Your $25 ticket includes beer, wine, light bites, and a complimentary admission ticket to the James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art.

Artists attend free, thanks to the generous support of the James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art, Delicious Wine Bar, 3 Daughters Brewing, and Fresco’s Waterfront.
