Freedom is a reflection on the emotional and physical journey of starting over. Inspired by my personal experience of migration, the mural explores what it means to leave behind one life in search of another—carrying memory, identity, and hope through uncertain waters.

The ocean becomes a central metaphor: vast, powerful, and unpredictable, yet also a symbol of possibility and rebirth. Through the human figure in dialogue with natural elements, the piece speaks about resilience, transformation, and the quiet strength it takes to rebuild yourself from within.

This mural is not only about freedom as a destination, but as a process—one that involves letting go, embracing vulnerability, and ultimately finding a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us.
