ArtOUT 2026 Opening Reception & Awards Ceremony

Join us for the ArtOUT 2026 Opening Reception & Award Ceremony at The James Museum — an evening celebrating artists, community, and queer creativity.

Nine years in, ArtOUT keeps getting better. Come celebrate the artists, the work, and the community that makes it all happen.

This is the night we announce our juried award winners, including Best in Show, and raise a glass to the incredible talent that submitted work this year. Mingle with the artists, meet the jurors, and spend an evening surrounded by art that matters.

Tickets are $25 and include drinks and light bites. Artists attend FREE, thanks to the generous support of the James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art, Delicious Wine Bar, 3 Daughters Brewing, and Fresco’s Waterfront Bistro.

This year’s awards are made possible by Viviva Colors, Sculpey, Natural Earth Paint, Artify, Blackwing, and BLICK Art Materials, along with a special gift from Cookin Genie.
