Creative Pinellas is looking to put together a team of folks who would be interested in working on a periodic and flexible basis during installations and de-installations at both the Gallery at Creative Pinellas as well as at other venues. The first period of time when help is needed is 10/16-11/4/23
Work may include:
Patching, cleaning, and painting walls
Loading, unloading, wrapping and unwrapping art
Photography for condition reports
Hanging and other installation specific tasks
Special project needs for particular exhibits/artists
Other tasks as necessary
Requirements
• Experience handling 2D and 3D artworks
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to push and pull 100 pounds on a dolly or cart, as well as 50 pounds without mechanical aid
• Ability to carry 40 pounds of varying size and shape up to a distance of 90 feet
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach overhead
