The Visitor Services Associate (VSA) is one of the first Museum contacts visitors have at The FHM. The person in the position staffs the Admissions desk and the Museum Store. The VSA demonstrates excellent customer service skills when interacting with and assisting visitors, selling tickets/scanning pre-purchased tickets, explaining safety protocols, providing directions, answering questions, and being responsible for day-to-day tasks in admissions and the Museum Store. The VSA will perform similar functions, including selling merchandise in the store. VSAs report to the Manager of Visitor Experience and Supervisor of Visitor Experience.
