Dance – The Next Generation (DNG) is a tuition-free, after-school program offering a comprehensive dance education to under-served children of Sarasota and Manatee counties. Designed to develop the entire individual, DNG is focused on instilling discipline, heightening self-esteem, and strengthening a desire for higher education while fostering lifelong dance appreciation.

The Program Manager is a full-time exempt position integral to The Sarasota Ballet’s Education department. The individual in this role will be an organized self-starter, have demonstrated passion for under-served youth, and interested in helping to develop the DNG program and its connections with the local community.
