Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are an important part of the guest experience, and often the first interaction Asolo Rep patrons have with the organization. This part-time position develops relationships with the patrons for Asolo Repertory Theatre and the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training program. CSRs assist patrons in all ticketing related matters and communicates current information regarding performances, programs and giving. A successful candidate is detail oriented, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and displays enthusiasm for Asolo Rep’s programming and mission.
