The Director of Brand & Audience Development is responsible for leading, developing and executing strategies that support the consistent growth, appeal and visibility of The Florida Orchestra in Tampa Bay and beyond. The position is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, creating a fresh approach to existing channel marketing to target new audiences, and analyzing and exploring new marketing and communications opportunities in the ever-changing arts landscape. Duties include planning, organizing and staffing efforts to achieve The Florida Orchestra’s objectives, especially targeting increases in earned revenue and visibility, while ensuring a consistent marketing message. A key aspect of the role is collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing & Digital Media, Chief Development Officer, Board of Directors, and reporting to the Chief Communications Officer.
