The James Museum seeks a Human Resources Coordinator. In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, the Human Resources Coordinator accomplishes all HR administrative objectives by planning, organizing, and performing all assigned functions including but not limited to: recruitment; on-boarding and off-boarding; payroll and benefits; automated and manual record-keeping systems; documenting processes; policy implementation; EAP. Ensures all HR matters are maintained in accordance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
