The Straz Center seeks a Concessions Supervisor. The Concessions Supervisor assists in supervising operations and staff in their coffee shop, Steam Heat, and other concession areas.
The ideal candidate takes on a leadership role when providing excellent customer service, achieving sales and labor objectives of the budget, and training quality employees. Performs Opening & Closing checklists each day as applicable and directs staff daily to maintain all cleanliness, operational excellence, and sales goals.
