The Arts Administration & Events Fellow will work as an integral member of the Development team at American Stage.
This fellowship is ideal for an early career individual pursuing professional development opportunities to advance their career in arts administration or event planning. Arts administration is the field that concerns the business operations of an arts organization.
The fellow will gain hands-on experience in all areas of special event planning and donor services and will receive training in strategic planning, patron communications, grants, impact analysis, and donor stewardship. This fellowship will afford direct involvement with a variety of partnering organizations, sponsors, vendors, donors and AS leadership. There are collaborative special project opportunities across the organization.
