October 14’s ArtWalk Celebrates “Come Out St Pete”

Join us on Saturday, October 14 as 40 artists’ studios and galleries open their doors and invite you to explore new work. The Waterfront Arts District, Central Arts District, EDGE District, Grand Central District and the Warehouse Arts District become one big arts destination for the St. Petersburg Second Saturday ArtWalk.

This month’s ArtWalk celebrates the inaugural Come Out St. Pete event, celebrating our wonderful city’s sense of community.

Come Out St. Pete advocates for community awareness and acceptance of all sexual orientations and gender identities, and encourages a sense of community through events and activities that promote equality for all.

Oct 11th is National Coming Out Day.  Come Out St. Pete takes place October 7-15 with a variety of events including a collaboration with Movies in the Park on Thursday, October 12 and a free screening of the classic comedy, Some Like It Hot

Join us on Saturday, October 14 from 5-9 p.m. as 40 artists’ studios and galleries open their doors to arts lovers.  It’s a wonderful time to see old friends and make new ones and enjoy our vibrant arts community.
