Roxanne Fay is an actor, a writer, and Producing Artistic Director for Circle In The Water, LLC.
As a writer, Roxanne was awarded the 2017 Creative Pinellas Professional Artist Fellowship for her work creating original theatrical productions.
Roxanne has been named a 2018 Artist In Residence by The Growlery, San Francisco, California. She was awarded the 2016 Hawthornden Writing Fellowship and a residency at Hawthornden Castle in Scotland
Roxanne was the first recipient of the Jeff Norton Dream Grant from Theatre Tampa Bay (2013) to fund the creation of her novel and play, Upon This Rock: The Magdalene Speaks (available on Amazon.com).
Her collected plays, Home Fires Burning, were chosen to be presented in the 2014 United Solo Festival in New York City and have been produced throughout Florida and New York.
Her play, Dream Child: The Trial Of Alice In Wonderland, commissioned by the Dalí Museum, premiered as part of the Dalí exhibition of the work of Walt Disney prior to its run at Bridge Street Theatre (NY) in 2016. Her latest work, Fabrication, also commissioned by the Dalí Museum, premiered as part of the Dalí exhibition of the work of surrealist fashion designer, Elsa Schiaparelli (2017).

Roxanne has received acclaim locally for her work as Prospero in The Tempest, Paige in HIR (by Taylor Mac), and Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, as well as for roles in New York. She has been named Best Actress/Best Of The Bay several times for roles including Dr. Emma Brookner in The Normal Heart, Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret, and for her work in Side Man,and The Year Of Magical Thinking, and has enjoyed ten years portraying LaBefana in Disney World’s EPCOT Center’s Holidays Around The World.
